Refund policy

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all orders.

Eligibility: To request a refund, contact us within 90 days of your original purchase date at support@itchend.store. You do not need to return the product.

EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, for any reason. To exercise this right, email support@itchend.store with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

How refunds work: Email support@itchend.store with your order number and a brief reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Subscription orders: You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@itchend.store. Cancellation takes effect before the next billing cycle. Refunds on subscription orders apply to the most recent shipment only.

Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
