Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days depending on location. International orders may take longer due to customs.

Shipping origin: Products are shipped from third-party fulfillment centers. Shipping origin may vary.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs and duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost packages: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days (30 for international), contact support@itchend.store and we will investigate or issue a replacement/refund.
